Instructions:

Step 1: Open the ice popsicle and add any recipe of your choice ( for example: slices of cucumber, lemon, mint, etc.)

Step 2: Close the lid and pour water into the ice mold from the hole at the top. We recommend filling it to 90% full. (When the roller gets too full, the ice inside the mold will start to expand making the mold deformed and harder to open) 

Step 3: Put the ice face popsicle in the freezer and wait 5-6 hours or wait, preferably overnight. 

Step 4: After taking it out of the freezer, either run it under warm water for 15-20 seconds or leave it out for 5 minutes before opening to loosen the lid. 

Step 5: Flip it over with the stopper facing down.

Step 6: Apply the ice popsicle to your face in upward circular motions in 10-second intervals for 1-2 minutes.

** If you have breakouts make sure to massage the ice over the breakouts for about 1 minute, up to 4-5 times a day**
