Refund policy

Aya's Touch hopes that you’ll be very happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund or store credit on all goods returned to us within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition

Due to concerns about the spread of bacterial viruses, we are only able to accept returns of unopened, factory sealed merchandise). We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
